New Homework Help Centers Opening this Fall!

HHCThanks to the generosity of a grant from the Ingram-White Castle Foundation, along with our Friends of the Library, we have three new Homework Help Centers (HHCs) opening this fall: Franklinton Branch, Shepard Branch, and Main Library.

Like all of our Homework Help Centers, these new spaces are specially designed for kids to do homework after school and reach their goals in a supportive setting. Students will have access to library staff, helpful volunteers, computers, school supplies and more to get the most out learning experience. The addition of these new Homework Help Centers gives us a grand total of 18…which means we only have three to go before we have a HHC at EVERY library location!

Want to help support our remaining Homework Help Centers? Visit our donate page or call 614-849-1053.

Help Us Meet Our Match

teensOur library is eligible for The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Opportunity Online Hardware Grant.  This grant will allow CML to replace and upgrade 72 computer workstations in 8 of our urban branches.  Spread over a two-year period, this grant requires a matching gift component.  See how you can help!
