Adopt-a-Book  
You love the way a book feels, even the way it smells.  So why not share your love by adding new books to our collection?  You can even recognize the name of a friend or loved one with a commemorative bookplate in the books purchased with your gift.

The library offers many educational programs that impact thousands in our community.  Share your passion for knowledge by supporting programs that inspire children and adults to read, dream and achieve.

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Opportunity Online Hardware Grant
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) has created an Opportunity Online Hardware Grant.  This grant will allow CML to replace and upgrade 72 computer workstations in 8 of our urban branches.  Spread over a two-year period, this grant requires a matching gift component.  In order to secure $118,300 in funds from the BMGF, CML has to match $68,900 in funds. 

Endowment Fund Gift
A gift that supports the library, year after year.  By giving to the library’s endowment fund today, you provide us with a steady stream of revenue that ensures the health and vitality of the library for years to come.

Commemoration:
When you make a Tribute or Memorial gift to the library, we’ll send your honoree or their family an acknowledgement of your generosity. The amount of the gift is kept confidential.

Recognition:
We recognize our donors through the publications and events of Columbus Metropolitan Library. Your gift of $100 or more will be acknowledged in the library’s annual report and on the annual fund plaque on the donor wall at Main Library.

Tax Deductibility:
Your gift will be accepted through the Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation which has been designated as at 501(c)(3) organization.   Your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
